DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, we love a good adventure! We are based in Phoenix, AZ but we travel anywhere within the United States! There is a travel fee which varies by state.
HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE DO I NEED?
It really depends on what you want documented. The average amount is 8-9 hours if you are wanting most of your wedding day covered, starting with the getting ready. 6 hours is typically enough to cover the first look, ceremony, and reception.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK YOU?
ASAP! Calendars fill up fast. Most of our clients book us a year out from their wedding date. We understand that choosing a wedding photographer is a BIG decision, but as soon as you are sure, let us know. We may receive multiple inquiries for the same date as your wedding day, especially during spring and fall, and we don’t want you to miss out. However, we can't hold your date without a retainer fee and a signed contract. Once we have that in place, we are all yours!
WHAT PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER?
Our starting price for weddings is $3800. However, our rates and packages vary by hours and location. To view all our packages, please fill out this contact form and we will send you the information. If none of the packages seem to be a fit, we can work with you on creating a customized quote.
WHAT IS TYPICALLY INCLUDED IN A PACKAGE?
Unlimited pre-wedding calling, email or text— voice all your questions, thoughts, ideas— this day is all about YOU!
An engagement session— this is a great way for us to connect and for you guys to get comfortable in front of the camera.
The professional post processing and editing of all your images— we’ll make sure your day looks MAGICAL.
The high resolution quality images delivered via an online gallery— to download files plus share with friends and family, we know mom really wants to see.
All printing rights— yes, you can print at anywhere, even though we prefer you order on your gallery for the best print quality ;)

CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE BOOKING YOU GUYS?
ABSOLUTELY! We would be more than happy to meet you! This would be an awesome time for us to get to know you and catch your wedding vision as well as a chance for you to get to know us and our style. We usually meet our potential clients in a local coffee shop in the middle of our two locations or we can pick another location that is more convenient. However, we know that in these strange times, meeting up may be difficult, so if you would rather face-time or talk on the phone, we are so down for that too!
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PLAN?
A signed contract and a 30% retainer fee from the package price is required to hold and save your date. Your remaining balance is due anytime before or on your wedding day.
IS THE RETAINER FEE REFUNDABLE?
The retainer fee is non-refundable. The retainer fee guarantees that we’ll hold your date exclusively for you. And once you've signed the contract, we turn down all other inquiries for your date! If you need to move your date for any reason, we’d be more than happy to use the retainer fee for the new date as long as it is available.
ARE THERE ANY TAXES?
Arizona state tax of 8.6% is already included in all the prices to make it easier :)
WHAT MODE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash, check, Zelle, Paypal, or credit or debit cards via Stripe.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we have a general liability insurance which most venues require. If you need a copy to submit to your venue, let us know ahead of time, at least 2 months in advance.
WHAT IF YOU GET SICK BEFORE OUR WEDDING?
This is EXTREMELY rare and has never happened to us but we understand your concerns. There are two possibilities in this situation— the first is that we will make every effort to find you a suitable replacement. We have connections with other talented photographers, and we can find you an amazing replacement. Images will still be under The Tinnins, and we will personally edit them for you. The second option, if you would rather not have us find a replacement, is that we can refund all your payments (yes, even the retainer - this is the only exception) so that you can make the necessary changes.
DO YOU OFFER ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?
YES! We are allll about shooting couples and doing engagement sessions. You can either book this session separately or choose a wedding packages that already includes this session. This is also a chance for you to get familiar with our shooting style and comfortable with being in front of a camera before your wedding day. Engagement sessions are great ways for you to ensure your confidence in us before we shoot your wedding day.
WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?
We are photojournalists. This means that we strive to thoroughly document your special day to make sure your story is told in a beautiful way. We are not just here to capture the moment but to capture the raw emotions behind it. With our editing, we opt for a timeless look that is warm, filmy yet true to color.
CAN YOU SHOOT BOTH INDOORS AND OUTDOORS?
We specialize in natural light photography and our style thrives in outdoor weddings that are set in nature. However, we know that great natural light isn’t always available, so we’re pretty handy with using our flash too. So in case you were wondering, yes, we can shoot both indoors and outdoors.
DO YOU POSE US?
Don’t worry, we don’t expect you guys to be professional models- most of our clients aren’t. So yes- we will help direct you. We will do some casual poses, but expect more prompts than poses as we want you to be able to express your genuine selves. Prompts bring silliness and help draw out true emotions, which allow us to capture the love and connection you have for one another more than a pose can. And yes, it’s normal to feel awkward in front of a camera (even for photographers) but they will turn out amazing, we promise.
DO WE NEED TO SEND YOU A SHOT LIST?
There are specific detail, portrait, and candid shots that we strive to get on your wedding day. But if there are a few specific shots you really want to make sure we don’t miss, feel free to let us know- or if you want to share your Pinterest board, we’d love to see your vision. This is your day and we want to serve you the best we can!
DO WE NEED TO FEED YOU?
No one wants a “hangry” photographer, so yes please :) This helps us stay energized and focused during your wedding. We prefer to eat when everyone else does too because photos of people eating are not exactly the most aesthetic.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR OUR PHOTOS?
A sneak peek is given within 1 week of your wedding day. Images from a full day wedding are available in 5-8 weeks. I know how excited you will be to see your wedding photos, so our goal is to get them to you ASAP.
WHY DO WEDDING GALLERIES TAKE 5-8 WEEKS?
We put a lot of effort into each and every wedding we shoot and it takes time to carefully sort through each photo and edit them. We want to make sure we give you OUR VERY BEST. We give ourselves 6 weeks just in case, but it rarely ever takes that long. Your turnaround time depends on the number of galleries we are working on at the moment and the busyness of the photography season. We know you will be dying to see them right away so we’ll be sure to send you a few sneak peeks.
DO YOU EDIT ALL THE PHOTOS?
YES. After shooting a wedding, we first spend a few hours culling the images- you know the unflattering ones, the blinking ones, etc. (Don’t worry we’ll send you some of the funny ones we think will make you laugh) And once we have that sorted out, we edit and color correct every image. Our editing is required to truly reflect the style you see in our portfolio.
HOW DO WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
You will have a personal online gallery where all your edited high quality wedding photos will be placed. This link will be sent to you 4-6 weeks after your wedding via email. You can download all photos, share this link, and order prints. This gallery is only guaranteed for a year, so be sure to save your images right away!
CAN WE GET THE RAW FILES?
Sorry, but unfortunately, we can’t give out the raw files. Raw files are like the rough drafts of the final product. We will only release the finished product in JPEG form which will be delivered to you through your gallery. Don’t worry, we are very generous with how many files we give out and we will provide you with the very best photos from your wedding day.
DO WE HAVE TO ORDER OUR PRINTS THROUGH OUR GALLERY?
You aren’t obligated to buy prints from your gallery, however we strongly recommend it, as our gallery’s photo lab has higher quality and truer-to-color prints than the prints you can get at a store like walgreens or walmart. So if you don’t want to accidentally look like the grinch in your pictures when it’s not Christmas, it’s best to order photos from your gallery. All joking aside, feel free to use any photo lab of your choice; your contract serves as your print release.
WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF HAVING TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS?
Having a second photographer is a HUGE advantage. With more angles, more details, and more perspectives, you can be sure that your big day is completely covered.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN SHOOTING WEDDINGS?
I, Jasmin have been shooting weddings since I was fifteen in 2014, and I, Caleb have been shooting since the beginning of 2020.
IS THIS YOUR FULL TIME JOB?
Yes. This is our main source of income, however we consider it more of a passion than a job. :)
DO WE GET THE FULL COPYRIGHT TO THE IMAGES?
We reserve the full copyright to our images BUT you will be granted the permission to print our images to any photo lab of your choice and share your photos.
WHY THAT PRICE WHEN I CAN HIRE MY UNCLE BOB WITH A “FANCY” CAMERA FOR $100?
Wedding photography isn’t just a clock-in, clock-out type of thing. The 8 hours that we are booked for are simply just the beginning. After this, comes countless hours dedicated to making sure your gallery looks flawless. Besides this, we work with you before your wedding day to help you create the perfect photo timeline to make sure we get all the shots you’re envisioning.
DO YOU OFFER VIDEOGRAPHY?
We are in the process of adding a wedding videography option, but it is not yet available. However, we do have videographer friends and would be happy to recommend one!
DO YOU POST OUR PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes, we often share our favorite highlights of your day on our instagram or facebook. This gives us the opportunity to show off our work to other potential clients.
